Ana’s Golden Hour Senior Session | Tri-Cities, WA Senior Photographer

I’ve been a Tri-Cities, WA senior photographer for quite some time, and my seniors continue to take me to some beautiful locations in our area that make me so grateful to live here! One of my favorite things about the Tri-Cities has always been our sunsets, and boy did we get a BEAUTIFUL sunset during Ana’s session.

The best way I can describe Ana is she is a real-life princess. I had so many moments during her golden hour session that where said ‘you belong in Princess Diaries’ haha! You’ll see exactly what I mean when you see her photos at the end of this post. 🙂

Finding True-to-You Outfits

There’s two lanes seniors normally choose for their outfits – going all out and wearing something they never wear (think super chic fits or beautiful gowns) or sticking to what feels just like them and their everyday life. There’s no right or wrong choice, and Ana knew she wanted the latter. When Ana and I discussed her outfits before her session, she knew she wanted a mix of casual, cute, and comfy. I love that her outfits showcase her style and personality through her photos!

Tri-Cities, WA Senior Photographer

I’ve been photographing seniors for over 5 years now, and I’m always so impressed by how kind, intelligent, and thoughtful my seniors are. I feel like Ana, her sister Mariah, and I just clicked instantly. We spent the evening getting our steps in, laughing about shared life experiences, and obsessing over the photos whenever I showed them the back of my camera. It truly was such an amazing day!

Preserving These Memories

Ana decided to preserve these memories with a 10×10 inch linen album. Here’s a peak into her album design. She went with the Olive cover with gold debossing and it’s going to look stunning! I can’t wait for her album to arrive, and once it does I’ll add photos of it here!

Class of 2026/2027

If you’re a class of 2026 or 2027 seniors, I will open my calendar in January for spring 2026 sessions! Spring of senior year can be a great time for a session because we can include your cap and gown or college gear in your session! Truly the best way to make the most of these memories. If you’re a class of 2027 senior, spring is the perfect time for your session if you love greenery (everything dies and turns yellow in Tri-Cities in the summer haha) and you won’t have to stress about getting your photos in time for yearbook!
